From December 1, 2018, if the appointment is not canceled at least 3 hours in advance or the morning at 8:00 am for an appointment before 11:00 am, we take the liberty, when there is no valid excuse, to charge compensation for this not respected appointment, a non-refundable C1 of 28 €.
